Ive been vegan for about 6 months thanks to my dad and thanks to bill clinton. I quit all supplements a little bit before becoming vegan and started to only do pushups. I found that i had lost some muscle mass, which I believe was from only doing bodyweight exercises. I have been hitting the gym again 5-6 times a week working individual body parts each day in an attempt to regain the mass i once had. Although I know that most of the muscle gains I had before were fake(superpump,jack3d), I remember how strong I was and its frustrating you know. Was this increase in muscle strength/mass from creatine mostly? I would like to start a cycle of creatine hcl again, but I also dont want to lose my gains as soon as I cycle back off in a month. I was about 174 and I am currently about 153.
I don’t know too much about vegan lifestyles specifically, all I know is that creatine is manufactured naturally in humans, and other animals, and is chemically synthesized, not harvested from animals for supplements
