lifting suppliments to take?
ok heres the deal im working on gettin huge. I have NO Explode, Creatine powder, Creatine liquid, SizeOn pills…. i want to know if i should be taking all those…. and which ones would give the best results… please no health issued answers.
You shouldn’t take all of them because many of them contain the same stuff. No-xplode is a good pre-workout supplement to give you energy and help push yourself during your workout. The other 3 supplements all contain creatine so you want to choose one and stick with that for some time. I’ve heard good things about sizeon but have never tried it myself. I would suggest the sizeon or the creatine powder. I haven’t many good things about creatine liquid, but i’m not sure which product you have maybe its improved. Follow the instructions, i believe they will have you taking the creatine post-workout. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day while using creatine and good luck.
