so results:
in this week of doing about 14 hours of exercise,
Chest +2.5 inches
Waist – 1 inch
Thigh + 0.5 inches
weight + 1.8 pounds
whats going on? was expecting much better results than that?
You are building muscle, it is a slow process and it takes time. Most people look a lot fatter at first (Especially since you always up your calorie intake when you start exercising) and you really shouldn’t be expecting results this fast. You will see the best results 1-2 months in.
