Why do I always have soreness for one or 2 days of my workout?
I eat very healthy, lot of milk, white egg, tuna and all those things, 4-5 times a day, lot of fruits and some vegetables, I take little dosis of Amino acid (gnc) as a vitamin supplement….. , I go to the gym from 3-4 times a week and I do one muscle per week…. and I get a lot of soreness, its not as painful as the one you get for a first day of gym, but still, after 11 month of regular gym I shoundn’t be feeling that soreness anymore…. What could it be?
The question should be WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE SORENESS FOR ON OR 2 DAYS AFTER EACH MUSCLE WORKOUT

As the parent of a teenager it’s easy to fall into trying to be a bigger friend than parent to the teen, don’t let this happen. Most parents get caught in a web of trying to stay close to their child and end up letting them run wild. Teenagers don’t always admit it but they really do want your advice and guidance. At times they also need certain limits, and if you don’t provide these, it’s unlikely anyone else will, at least not in a constructive way. In order to keep them from getting into trouble with the law or teachers at school these limits are necessary. You don’t have to be authoritarian in your approach to parenting teenagers, but you have to let your teenager know that you care what they are doing and that some things are not allowed. It is most important when parenting teenagers that you set a good example for them. Parents often do not practice what they preach. For example if teenagers see their parents getting drunk or high, they are not likely to follow their advice to avoid this behavior. Similarly, if parents typically swear around the house, it’s almost inevitable that teenagers will do them same, even if they’re told not to. So set the example you want them to follow.
As you put your best foot forward for parenting teenagers, it is important that you take responsibility for some things, however it isn’t necessary for you to blame yourself for every little thing that fails.
Teenagers are not adults, however they are beginning to make their own choices and occasionally they need to learn certain lessons from making boo-boos.
